Well I saw the Dr. on Friday and he's upped my prescription to Hydromorphone 8's. What a Great Dr. Once I get some bit coins ( those thing are a pain in the ass to get I've got a credit card and tried 4 different places to buy them and I still don't have a single freaken coin ) to pay the fee to become a seller on SR I will be posting some of them ( have to keep some for myself ). You could use one of the MoneyPak to bitcoin exchange services. I've used SumYunGai and heard Borneo is good too. They charge a fee depending on the amount but the process is quick and painless.
You won't have any trouble selling those here for several bitcoins a pill.

I don't think MoneyPaks are available in Canada. So that will be a hassle too, unless you live near the border.

I don't know where you're from (it must not be the USA obviously though since it's very easy to buy BTC in the USA)

If you are CDN, i'll try and offer my advice, cuz it was one hell of a bitch for me too.
#bitcoin-otc - IRC based marketplace for person to person transactions. This is where you will find ppl willing to accept PPUSD, but you will only have success with 2-4 BTC individual transactions (to get a rating) before anyone there will consider selling you larger quantities of BTC
#bitcoin-cad - Just an IRC channel on the same IRC server as #bitcoin-otc (irc.freenode.net) for us Canucks and how the fuck to get BTC. You'll find people in there who might do EMT (e-mail money transfer).
cavirtex.com - Canadian BTC marketplace. It will cost you a little more per BTC, but i'm sure you've come to expect that being CDN already if you have even managed to get any yet :P. Took me 4 days before I was verified but they had a slight downtime during that period. Requires scan of DL and a form they want you to sign. This is by far the easiest way to buy them, you can deposit by just going to a CIBC or RBC and depositing it to cavirtex, its a few hours processing, but no fees and it'll be in your account ready to spend.
VirWox - Marketplace for selling another virtual currency (SLL), but for a video game Second Life. They accept PPUSD, you deposit, then buy SLL, and then withdraw as BTC. Typically not the best way to get BTC cuz if you look at the exchanges you can be paying a lot more per BTC, but the SLL marketplace is fluid, which means their price can tank, and you can get yourself BTC for $3 or less each (obviously this won't happen often, but has a few times to me, so F you ppl saying never touch VirWox :P)
Tradehill/Paxum - Supposedly you can buy BTC from tradehill and use Paxum to fund ... but, Paxum apparently won't tell you until you've sent them all your private info that they are only verifying US bank accounts at the time (yet they are a Canadian company based out of Quebec, go figure), and other then applying for their mastercard I have no idea personally on how to put my money into their e-wallet, so fuckem.
There are several other 'international' BTC marketplaces, but I have never used them so can't speak to them and will not provide their names either.
