after i read this thread i got a message from them
its obviously a scam, if SR was charging a 10 BTC fee, first off, he wouldve alerted us all on the forums,
second, he wouldve sent all of us messages on SR from his official screen name Silk Road, not some weird name like Silk Road customer service

yes silk road always use thier signed messages. so yes it is a scam. do not pay people do not pay.

Hopefully they won't start doing this to customer accounts...I imagine more buyers would be easily scammed.

Your lucky you did, i paid straight away thinking SR was trying to get rid of poorer vendors. I never thought the account 'SR Customer Services' would ever be available to use for anyone.
