I feal as if i am pretty secure right now, im using tails 0.19 and tor browser, i feal as if i am untouchable, but i just realized LE can look onto my computer monitor from outside. Is this a concern i should be having?

I suppose if you are in a small town and buy large quantites or if you are a vendor.
Either add some blinds or move to a location where there already are some blinds.
Also, don't make the mistake of thinking you are untouchable because you are not...

Can you not just turn the setup around and have it facing the wall with your back to the wall so you can see if anyone tries to look in too?

They may not use a device like a binocular.
With crt monitors they can rent the room next door and see what is on your screen.
If the police wants to get into your computer, they have to hack or let you click on a trojan.
Usually under the cross to remove the popup sits the trojan.
If I make a big deal, the curtain is always closed first.
Better be safe then sorry.
Not for 29 gram-deals, but anything big, I do blind the window first.
All coffee-shops in the Netherlands do draw their curtain when making a deal.
If the only thing the police has got is several pictures of you and a bag with 1 key of weed, What does the judge think when those photo's are presented to him. Without the photos you would walk, but with those pictures you are going to do time. Take ten seconds to blind your window. After the deal is finished you van draw the curtain up again.
