So, do we have any Colombian/Peruvian locals here at all or anyone who knows the going prices of coke? Doesn't matter what quantity you quote by, just all good ballpark figures to work with. I've seen a good number of statistics from the early 2000's but can't find many up to date or realistic ones. For example, I see on the UK statistics the average ecstasy pill costing £2.30 - but of course I seriously doubt that any reputable pill or genuine MDMA containing pill will cost that much at street level.

On the street expect it to be around 10 USD, on the kilo between 2-3k. These are the prices I heard as of last year.

Sounds about right. I've been reading up and a 2005 statistic indicated at $3 a gram street, $1,000 a kilo and I was thinking that's far too low even for Colombia.

Friend went to Colombia and stayed at a motel for foreigners by the water. I forget the city. Dealers chilled at the hotel and would charge gringos $5 a gram. The motel was very cheap and the dinner at the motel room was very cheap. He said the coke was amazing. :)

Jack guess what my friend, just because its a source country doesnt mean you will get the nuts! The fuckers water shit down there probably a little less then most parts of the world, but I truly believe its slightly more, I mean by a dollar or two. In addition the concierge guy arranged it, so 10 dollars was probably with his commission also on it :)
I would not recommend people to go on the street and be like, how much is it? 5 dollars a gram? Give me 10 grams, them people will not hesitate to take your money AND your life if they could get away it, trust me, if you dont know, I have plenty stories to tell about the savages in SoAm.

Not the concierge guys. He said dealers hung around the motel, ones that specifically sold to foreigners. Yes, I sure bet they cut it and charge a higher price than typical for that country. I said five dollars by the way. This was many years ago.

As long as it's above 80% purity I'm happy. UK streets are down to 10% purity so it's too risky to go anywhere near that stuff these days, you get kids cutting it with all sorts of crazy shit. SR all the way for quality products.
But yes, I will be travelling very soon and Colombia/Peru looks the place to go for a few days.
