"Me bluds" would be a derivative of "my blood relations". In American slang it would likely be "G's", "homies", "bros" or "dawgs". No idea about that one word, even we don't understand those cockney bastards half the time. Perhaps it should be hyphenated as toss-wankers, in which case half the word makes sense.
2 - "I've no problems with you close friend, young man, have I?"
Based on context, this would be an actual canine, or "dawg" as in friend or associate. I have found that "got beef with" is a common enough phrase in both America as well as the various commonwealth nations.
3 - "Shoot the young man with a firearm"
"Brap", from my understanding, is an onomatopoeia for the sound of a gun firing.
4 - "I'll see you around the neighborhood, you young man, fu-fu-fucking masturbater, you young man."
To "wank" is British slang for masturbating, so "wanker" is a common insult. In this context it sounds like he's just joshing you a bit, not truly intending to insult you. The only milder insulting term I can think of would be "prat", and that's far too posh of a term for this bloke.
"Lad" is a young man, sometimes indicating a child, but not always. "Boy" would likely be equivalent, "going out with the lads" vs "going out with the boys"
Sounds like you've got a proper cockney bastard who listens to far too much American rap music on your hands. Good luck with understanding him, as he's butchering the language form both ends. Oh, and if he starts going on about "parkies" (or "pawkies" depending on his accent); it's the brit version of "trailer trash". They live in RVs ("caravans"), are often gypsies, and nobody likes them. I think they may be the only group your associate actually can look down on, so he might.

Sorry there mate :-[. Didn't see that you were a Brit; from the confusion I figured you were a yank with Brit friend that you weren't able to understand. Didn't mean any offense with "the phrase that shall henceforth never be repeated"; just has been the go-to slam for those that I'd rather disassociate myself from. Forgot how tetchy some Londoners get about it, so I'll do my utmost to avoid using it from here on.
Honestly, had I known where you were located, I would have put more effort into explaining the American idioms that he's trying to mimic. I guess it's the entire "mid-atlantic" thing going on my end, but I didn't think that a Brit would have trouble with that. Anyways, am sorry to have offended you; only meant to come across as cheeky, not insulting.
