If I had a good idea for a hidden service I wouldn't share it, I'd make it a site myself :P

It's not really hard to make it work, the hard part is to make it work fast enough, tor is very slow and with search engine you need to keep countless pages up to date constantly which is just not possible with long loading times, so if there was a search engine results would be applicable only to stationary stuff since they would be quite old
