I'm looking for a "shady" doctor in the the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or New York area who essentially writes scripts for money or who is really lenient with writing prescriptions.

If you're looking for a doctor who will write you good scripts, you're certainly not going to find one volunteering on the forums here. Doctors like this do exist though. I know this isn't what you want to hear but the only way you'll be able to find a "shady" dr is reading up on doctors in your area, talking to people you trust for recommendations, or just by changing doctors a lot until you find one you like.

Best way to do it.
Have good insurance, or a ton of money to blow at Doctor's offices..
Make sure you swap around a lot.. and even try to use a few different Doctors at different offices, randomly.
Eventually, you'll find that old Head who is just ready to fulfill your needs as an addict.
It might take you a few rounds of a few different pills.. then tell them you can't stand to swallow the pills.
Then, you move onto Syrups. You might get some DM's and other bullshits..
but eventually you'll get the gold. Tussin or Codeine.
Hydrocodone syrup is WAY MORE COMMON than Codeine.. because of the hype from rappers. :)

There are two possibilities here:
1- You are FUCKING rich in tens of milllions of dollars and in this case you need to bribe a shit load of cash to a Doctor or a better choice is a pharmacist to get you what you need off the record
OR
2- If you are an average person making only couple of thousands of dollars a year and you want to bribe a doctor or pharmacist to help you out then you are dead wrong here is why
Countries like Canada, usa, uk and Australia are prosperous countries in which pharmacist, healthcare providers, Doctors whether specialists or GPs make a huge amount of money (usually somewhere from 200 grands to some even tens of millions of dollars depending on their position, degree, shares and ..etc) so if you are an ordinary person trying to corrupt a doctor\s reputation by few hundred dollars or hell few thousand dollars you are DEAD wrong because NO doctor in these counties will even think about it Simply because every single move that a doctor or a pharmacist makes is recorded and checked regularly and if anything looks fishy the doctor or the pharmacist license can be very easily suspended, revoked and the doctor or pharmacist can be jailed for misusing his/her privileges .
So i don't think a doctor who has at least gone to university for 8 years (a GP) or 16 years (a specialist) and spent well over 85 grands depending on med school to just get his MD degree and then work another 2 years to get experience would do such a cheap thing that would very easily not just threaten his degree and license of practice but his criminal record and shit like that,
If you have got money like Michael Jackson then maybe you could bribe a pharmaceutical supplier to give your meds off the record but it will be insanely expensive.
You can bribe a doctor if you are in Asian countries like India, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietname...etc and in Eastern Europe in countries like Russia and Ukraine that poverty outcries that life of Doctors you may be able to bribe doctors and pharmacists with a very low price like 20 $ or something but definitely not in Canada or USA.

i seen old head docs be cool with like my old timer friends that grew up with eachother.. and they always give gifts to each other..
like a favor system.. with shirts and stuff..
then the doc would be cool to hear you out on all your scripts to the max
