You need a good local contact and source, otherwise you'll risk getting mugged or kidnapped.

Do you know any locals?

OP my second cousins brother in laws sisters daughter. Had a friend you drank at the local taven that and met a old gypsy woman you told him that if he stands on a particular street corner at a certain time holding a yellow carnation, he will be hooked up to buy bricks for $1000!
