Please also note every cent of the escrow is being repaid, via semimonthly payments beginning Jan 15. This is funded by the admin team and staff forfeiting their complete pay.

The issue allowing the escrow funds to become inaccessible has been repaired and will not be an issue in the future.

This only affects funds from pre-break escrow. Orders moving forward are not affected.

Give us a few more days. As I'm sure you are aware there are a few new faces among the support staff and as soon as we can we will be providing individualized support in cases such as yours. PGP is vitally important, moving forward please always associate a public key with your account. This allows us to know you are who you say you are.

As has been said in over the past couple of weeks, the pgp issue as it relates to recovering accounts was simply a vector that had not been forseen. I know you grow tired of hearing it, but bear with us and we will take care of you asap.

We're aware of SimplyDiscreet and are looking into it as best we can at the moment. I urge all buyers to make informed decisions based on a combination of communication with their vendor and vendors visible feedback.

Very sorry this is happening to you. Please send a message to support on the market site, or alternately you may wait until Friday's release which should include the new resolution center and dispute it there. Given that it is only Monday, I suggest sending a message to support for now. A new support framework will be released tonight which should allow us to get working on the backlog quickly and efficiently.

Simple Bitcoin Mixer
We have implemented a basic bitcoin mixer which will be constantly rotating user balances and escrow balances. Do not trust this as your primary mixer. Never completely trust a darknet marketplace. Work will continue on making this more advanced, having it peer-reviewed, and eventually a separate product.


I would assume this is a function of the mixer. Give it a few more hours. If the balance is not showing in your account at that point, send a message to support on the market and it will be sorted for you.
