Yes, as I just stated in another thread, this is an unprecedented system and we are on the bleeding edge of new technology.
We are security-first. This means that things take more time to develop and push live because we actually take the time to make sure they are bulletproof.
There is a huge support backlog right now and we are aware of that, and working through it as diligently as possible.
I ask for your continued patience and support as we continue to make this marketplace more secure and functional for everyone.

Folks,
We are here, to be frank we just spend a lot of time answering the same questions over and over. Updates are coming, as you can see at the top of the forum in two separate threads, one of which is updated every couple of days.
I understand and empathize with the situation but must remind you that this site is only a few months old. We're a security focused organization and that means that if giving the keys to the kingdom to the mods to take care of support will open up vulnerabilities, then we will simply have to wait until the tools are there without any possibility of vulnerability.
Do I need to remind everyone of the "oh so perfect, beautiful and flowing" Tormarket?
Please be patient - this is going to be an excellent year for Silk Road and our movement.
