I do not have access to reset your PIN. I have placed your request in queue with the MANY others while we wait for our dev team to ensure the security of the tools we will eventually use to address issues such as these.
I cannot view your current pin, password, or anything else not associated with this forum.
It is not an ideal situation but it is the reality right now. As soon as I can help you, I will.
Support requests are being handled by our devs in order they are received, but the wait time is very long currently.

To all who were scammed by this individual, I sincerely apologise for your loss. Refunds cannot be issued by SR as these were not bitcoin transactions and no coin is held in escrow.
Please note that BTCgold is not the vendor 'gold' and there is absolutely no correlation between the two.

I'm sorry, but where did you get your figure of thirty seconds? Would you mind elaborating? If you would be so kind as to contribute your thirty second fix to this issue then I bet they might just look it over and consider implementing it.
Now that post was clearly sarcasm, but there are multiple stickies, the main one being in the BUG REPORTS section, outlining known bugs of which this is one, their impact, workarounds and priority levels. I suggest you take a look before you make your next post. I understand your frustration as you are trying t get packs out, but insulting senior staff is going to get a response from me every time - therefore taking time away from things I could be doing. Rememer, they risk their lives on a daily basis too.
