The short answer: yes, they're true. The longer answer is that it depends on the specific meth you get (some doesn't do it at all, some does it more than you'd fucking believe, and you can never really tell until you try it unfortunately). I don't recommend buying some solely for this purpose, you're likely just going to be disappointed.
If you almost never use meth, even bad stuff will probably kick a person's sex drive up a notch. But what's more likely going to happen is that they'll just get fixated on something stupid and not sex, and you'll end up pissed off because they're ignoring you or something.

Well it certainly does it to me sometimes, but given that I'm not a woman that may not have much bearing -- though I've certainly been with women that it does the same thing to. But like I said, depends on the specific product, which would explain what might make a person decide it's really just a myth. So either I'm full of shit, or it isn't just a myth.
Hint: I try very, very hard not to spread misinformation.

It is just a community service he wants to perform. In fact, I got busted for a misdemeanor a while back and the judge sentenced me to this very same punishment. In my experience, if a person (boy or girl) is/has/does use amphetamine type products to enhance sexual adventure and pleasure, then yes some decent quality meth will to the business. If however they have not experienced the amazing feelings of sex while ya high, then its unlikely they will take some and suddenly go all porn star on you.
Good meth will certainly give you that "10 foot tall and bulletproof" feeling. It will for sure have you feeling energized, somewhat euphoric, and interested in and engaged with others. If that is all done in a safe and friendly environment, and the conversation later turns to sex, then yep, pretty sure the meth will take away certain inhibitions and/or doubt that may otherwise be there.
Think of the Meth effect more as enhancing the physicality and focus of whatever you are doing (including if you are having sex) rather than assuming it will actually instigate the sex. If you have had sex with this girl before, and she is willing to go there again, I can almost guarantee she would find the Meth creates a heightened sense of adventure and pleasure... but if you are intending on using it in the hope she will 'finally say yes', then probably forget it.
Simply, if she is in the mood it will enhance it, if she is not interested its unlikely she would even be thinking about it.

My fwiw. Meth for me can be an aphrodisiac. That is if my OCD doesn't get kick started into organizing, cleaning, and ordering the Multiverse into neat little shapes, geometrically balanced.
