I think after some much reading in these forums I am the only one who doesn't understand the acronyms LE and CD

LE has to do something with cops and CD something involved with the post. That's the best I can do till now.

Please anyway to enlighten me??  :D :D :D

LE is Law Enforcement.  LEO is Law Enforcement Officer, but I like calling them all Leo... I don't know.  Just amuses me.  CD is Controlled Delivery, it's what happens when they catch a big drug package and deliver it in disguise in order to prosecute the guy who takes receipt.
