I think this should go in the Tech section but I am not able to post there.. so...
I have been trying to logon since last night ( SR timed out and sent me back to the log in page) Every time I try to log on it tells me the same thing.. Login Failed, Please try again.
I have verified over and over again that I am putting the correct information into the correct fields. I have ensured that the caps lock and numbers lock keys are in the correct positions. I have verified that I have the correct URL for the log in..
Is there an issue with the site? I poked around here on the forum and could not find anything saying that the site was down.. and I check on TOR to see if there were any postings on the net about it being out..
I have an Order pending that should be here today or tomorrow and I need to be able to Finalize it for him :/
Any info would be great..

I've had this problem before myself. What you need to do is create a new account over on SR and then send a message to SR Support. Let them know that you need your password to be reset. They may also ask for the address of the last btc deposit you made there.

I've done what you said a few hours ago.. I hope it wont take too much longer to hear back from them :/
( side note.. the first post here took about 45 mins as the verification kept coming back as "The letters you typed don't match, the letters that were shown in the picture" Even tho I type exactly whats in the verification box each time... This note so far about 30 mins)

Be very careful. I have never seen that particular phrasing on SR ever, not even once. I have only ever seen "Login failed, please try again" or whatever it says.

I think AbsintheKitten is referring to an issue with the forum captchas.

Oh... yet another /facepalm, huh. There weren't any captchas when I started hanging around -- I forget that there are now for the first 50'ish posts. Never mind, obviously.
