Title: Pin reset - No Email
Post by: redyellow on March 27, 2013, 05:52 pm
Hello all,
I reset my pin months ago and double checked that the pin had in fact been reset - which it had. However just now I went to reply to the e-mail and there's  no sign of it in my inbox. Is there a way to get the email re sent?

Thanks

... huh?  Why do you want it resent?  Your pin is reset.  Use it and don't bother support...?

Yes but the thing is I've never had the opportunity to reset the pin myself when logging in, so I have no pin to use for transactions.

This doesn't make any sense.  Then how did you verify that it was reset in the first place...?

Just go try to set one on the account settings page.  Leave the field blank for your current PIN.  If you have no PIN, it should recognize no PIN as valid.  I'd think anyway.

Agreed this does not make any sense.

Try articulating your issue more clearly please.

Sorry, it's my mistake for not making it more clear.

Basically I had forgotten the PIN I had created when I had created my account. To reset it I had entered the wrong PIN in a certain number of times to get the PIN reset message sent to me, however when I look at my inbox there is no such message to reply to now.  I have gone to the account settings page and it still wants my old PIN number before I can set a new one.

Then how did you verify that it was reset in the first place...?

I know the PIN has been reset because I have gone back and entered the wrong PIN number in again to try and get another PIN reset message sent out however I get a warning on screen telling me the PIN has already been reset due to too many failed attempts.

I hope I've made things more clear now

Thanks
