If you don't want to read everything here's the short version:
I'm admitted into hospital 2 weeks now. snorted some meth. 2 hours after dosing which is like a half from now my BP and temp will be checked and both will be high because of meth. Can i explain away a sudden increase in BP / temp with a fake reason about how I've been extremely anxious over something? if not whats the best fake reason to give?

Ok! So i am in the hospital. been here for 2 weeks. Had abscess drained and I'm okay physically and only reason i am not out yet is just time for incision to heal a bit more.
SR meth order arrived in mail and someone has been bringing me my mail every few days! have been fucking bored out of my mind stuck here so when i opened my mail and saw my meth i figured.. what the hell.. why not... (I know stupid when I'm in hospital.) I insufflated about 10mg 4 - 5 hours ago and another 20-30mg about 2 hours ago. So here's where i need advice:
I then realized... "Oh shit they check my blood pressure every 4 hours" and my BP is definitely high. How can i explain having a raised BP all of a sudden and for so long once they start constantly checking me because I'm sure they will once they see its high (also body temp is up too). I have been staying up late here in general anyway so explaining being awake wouldn't be an issue. I was thinking since i told them i sometimes have anxiety and they also started me on antidepressant a week and a half ago if i could tell them I've been feeling really anxious.. I'm usually not away from my belongings for so long and usually do get anxious when i cant see that my belongings are safe / with me so would a lot of anxiety about worrying about my stuff (among other things) be a good fake reason to give that would explain a high BP and body temp? I do not want to tell them i took meth. Or if not what would be a good thing to say I've been doing / feeling that could explain it? exercising? lots of coffee?
I also have access to 10mg oxycodone every 5 or 6 hours for pain from the procedure (i don't have any pain anymore though but been taking advantage of my access to them) Just took a 10mg dose about 2 hours ago as well.
Any advice would be appreciated. Also.. FYI... I'm only being observed physically when BP is checked so i can stop myself from physically looking tweaked for the few minutes they check vitals as well so i think the only thing they will notice related to my high is the high BP and body temperature.
One last short question. Is there any way i can lower my BP and/or body temp by drinking a lot of water or eating food just so it lowered even just a little? Or will relaxing / laying down / anything else 10 minutes before nurse comes in help at all?

they said it a lil high but i was walking around and they said oh it prolly cuz u just got up... so i figured they would wait the 5 hours till checking me again so i took another 20 - 30 mg line but then they came in like 10 mins after that to check it again and it was 170/103.. Talked to them again and they were like yeah its high but your bp has been going up and down anyway.. so i dont know what theyre gonna do now.. that last test was like 5 mins ago.

I don't want sound like "The man" here or anything, but uh... maybe you shouldn't snort ice while laying in a hospital bed for an abscess. Not trying to be all stringent with a rule of thumb here, but I mean... damn. Where's the fun?

Also, there is a thing called white coat syndrome. Plus, if you're in pain that will raise blood pressure.

Oh well, its probably the best place you can be if you take an overdose :D
Perhaps they'll even prescribe something to keep your blood pressure under control, and will keep monitoring it, so you can basically trip your balls off without being in that much danger. On the other hand, that just sounds like an insane idea :D

People will use at work, school, and at home. So what makes you think they wouldn't at a hospital? Hook me up to that o2 and water Doc. I got something extra to go in my IV . 8)

I like how they rationalized it away. Goes to show that we get paranoid over nothing sometimes. Straight people are naive. If you weren't admitted for a drug overdose, the fact that you might have taken drugs while laying in the hospital bed is the last thing on the nurse's mind.

Blood pressure is always higher in the morning. In fact most heart attacks happen in the morning; if you survive to the afternoon, your chances of suffering a heart attack go way down, amusingly enough :)
One high BP reading doesn't mean much for anybody, on meth or not. It fluctuates quite a bit. If there's a good reason to be concerned, they usually hook you up with a blood pressure monitor that you carry around all day and automatically takes a reading every hour or so. Then what they do is look for patterns of high BP or a consistently high reading. One high reading like yours is pretty much nothing, especially since they're taking your BP every four hours already.
In other words, if it's high again, they'll probably just shrug but may consider looking into it. If it's high a third time in a row, you're gonna get people asking questions and looking for a cause. But high once, even high once at the same time every day? They'll probably just keep on ignoring it (as they should).

Not for those of us out in the field, I this guy needs more than his wound looked at. Trust me when the doc or even a semi smart hospital nurse see this they will conduct a toxicology to see WTF. So your busted, see if you can get some bars for the stress of knowing your busted, it might work.. lol

yeah , going to the hospital because of a psychical meth problem sucks.
sitting in a hospital bed next to three other 70-80 year old people.
shitting and pissing in urinals , and cussing because they missed the urinal and shat all over the floor
or old persons complaining that they weren't getting enough percocets, and their pain kept increasing!
yeah i was three sheets to the wind on meth when my shit went numb...
meth + hospital = psychosis . it ain't fun, literally felt like a looney bin in that shit! ha
luckily i was there for only 16 hours, fuck that. and they treated me like shit, because i kept telling them it was diet pills that did this
they never mentioned about a, b, c or any drug that was in my system. only how i should stop my diet pills
fucked, but awesome right!

Well it worked I guess. They seemed to believe you otherwise they would have been on you about going to rehab. Quick thinking about diet pills.

Never done Meth but doesn't that jack you up all night. I think I would rather be zonked out in a place like that. Lol
