Earlier this month an order went missing with no record whatsoever. I thought it was my brain playing tricks on me.
However, just now I recently noticed that 2 orders that are also missing. I still have the tracking slips for these. They did not finalize early or anything...their order is completely unlisted even though I am 100% sure I sent packages out.
The usernames for all three orders are:

This is extremely distressing. I only keep records until packages arrive and then I destroy them. If SR isn't keeping accurate records I could be hemmoraging money and not even realize it.

Not sure you should be posting the names of buyers like this, but what you need to do is get in touch with Vendor Support over on SR itself. Let them know about the disappearing orders and they'll look into it and try to figure out what's going on.

Agree with Scout about the names. I get the wanting to back your story up thing, but no need for it publicly like that. It's a shame you don't know the transaction numbers though.

I have removed the buyers usernames from the op.
As scout suggested please contact vendor support or assistance in this matter.
Hope you figure out what happened, please post an update here when you know more.

I believe i have suffered the same problem. It's really hard to know for sure but I've sent a ticket.
If there is a bug, sellers need to know about it and need to know what action to take.

I really think the peoples' names thing is irrelevant in light of the problem that's obviously going on. No "revealing" information about anyone's identity was given. I could have said joefuckballs and butteater12 were the orders and it wouldn't matter.
But whatever. Thanks for responding.
