Hello SR support,
I unfortunately find myself in a stuck position. My account "anderl" obivously got archived due to a longer absence (last order Nov. 2012) which means I would have to re-create the account. Unfortunately it is currently not possible to create new accounts.
How can I resolve this? I am willing to donate for gaining quick access to my old account "anderl", or maybe even a fresh account - silk road kicks ass and I ran out of weed. Thanks in advance for your answer...

You will need to contact SR support via the main site for assistance with your account. If you are unable to access the main site and/or create a new account then please contact inigo (admin) for assistance.

I have pretty much the same problem here. I'd really like access again, looking for some pills for my mate who's got cancer now unfortunately. Wanna try him on that pill form of Cannabis. Whether I get access to Silkroad or not I really could do with sourcing some of this stuff. Dunno if it really will help him, but anything is worth a shot atm.

Unfortunately, inigo didn't respond so far and I can't use the built-in tech support since this is only possible *after* logging in.

You could open a new account to contact SR support making sure you include the details of your other account, there are no issues with creating new acounts.

Solved by using brain. Shit the bed, what a shame.
LISTEN UP GUYS...
1. At first, I tried reaching silkroad via my old bookmark http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/, but Tor said "unknown hostname" or something. Guessed it may have moved and fetched the hidden wiki.
2. Hidden wiki said SR was now reachable via http://silkroadxmx45vk4.onion/
3. Since then, I've tried to login via this OBVIOUS PHISHING SITE.
WTF, did never think something like that could occur to me. How dumb must one be?! *sigh*
By the way. These arseholes request the withdrawal pin "for current security purposes".
But there's a happy end: My old account still exists, had zero balance (thank god!!) and I can now change my password and withdrawal PIN.

... oh. So your problem in the first place was that you fell for the phishing site? Yeah. That's... so fucked up. That the wiki link is to a phishing site.

I've created a new sticky in the newbie section re this issue, hopefully that will help reduce the number of people falling for the scams via the links on the hidden wiki.
