Hello admins and fellow SR members/vendors,
I am having an issue with my SR bitcoin withdrawal not showing up in my mtgox account or any of my wallets. I withdrew it straight to my mtgox account but I have no idea where its been. I withdrew it almost a week ago..thanks admins and i hope you can help me out with the issue!

Does it show up on blockchain when you put your mt gox address in the search box there?

it says no transactions were processed.

You'll need to get in touch with SR Support over on the main site. They can look into it for you.

I'm not aware of any other issues currently outstanding in customer support, all have been resolved as far as I know.
If anyone is then the same advise applies, contact SR support.

Same issue is happening to me. Also, after trying a few more times (with only .01 BTC, of course) all attempts get an "invalid address" error... this is for over three addresses...
Contacted customer support:
Hi, I tried to withdraw ~.75 BTC over an hour ago. When I checked my wallet (which I've withdrawn to before) nothing had shown up. Nothing is listed in the blockchain for the address either (used the same copied and pasted address, so it's definitely correct). Not only that, but it seems as if my account was withdrawn from twice, as ~1.5 btc is missing.
Furthermore, after the failed withdrawal, it's now telling me the address is "invalid". In fact, it seems as if every address is invalid; I've tried about three different addresses.
Please help! Is this a common issue? Searching "withdraw" in the forums found a few unanswered similar problems.
