So what does it say?

It's basically introduces SR for the masses and gives a tutorial for using TOR on the first place. Then a little about bitcoins introduced as "the money of the underwordl" and explains why was TOR invented and why is it important for people living in countries where the government is censoring the web. The last paragraph's title is "this is just the tip of the iceberg" and then talking about how easily child pornography and drugs are accessible.
Also it has a very opposing tone.

Sensationalism and fear mongering being passed off as good investigative journalism; I never thought I would see the day, but I have. Whatever shall we do. Is nothing sacred. And so on.
Aren't journalists and reporters supposed to be committed to truth and impartial investigation and all that lofty stuff? Whatever happened to that anyway; fucking beady eyed little rodents telling half truths and whole lies, the lot of them...

A Dutch tv show aired a part of a show about SR in 2011.

I don't like the hungary goverment, not a long time ago a minister wanted to count the judes in the goverment building because of security reasons...
