Hey SR
Has any one had any problems whilst trying to send btc from sr to another account every time I attempt this I get a message saying 'error please try again' then I try again and I loose connection to sr and then have to wait for what seems like an eternity to reconnect, its really starting to annoy me any ideas folks?

It has been working fine for me. I did notice that it doesn't always allow you to send the full amount of BTC you have available. Try sending the amount, minus 0.01btc and it should work. ;)

I had similar issues last week all I done was log out then sign back in then tried it again and it worked but before this it happened a couple of months back and this method did not work so its any ones guess sr can be temperamental , have you contacted sr support they should be able to help.

That's probably what the problem is.
ex. If you are trying to deposit 1.1 btc, try 1.09 btc as SR rounds off the bitcoins.
so technically you could have 1.09999 btc.

same here, tried 6 times. Logged on and off...no result.
send far less than is in the account....not working.
I got a white screen...nothing on it till I refresh and then it said login again

Am having the same issue. Extremely annoying when I have customers waiting to receive their BTCs that they have paid for. Hoping it is fixed soon, or has anyone else found a fix for the issue?

That happened to me a couple of months ago it was impossible to send btc every time it just kept throwing me out then the white screen then I hit refresh then I would have to reconnect again and again. Since then I have found that if you try to send btc again as soon as it gives you the error message it makes it worse some how.
if I cant send btc now I wait let it be for a couple of hours then try again and its usually ok but then other times its impossible to send, luckily it has not happened for a while now.

Sounds to me like they're being proactive as far as hack defenses go. They may have erred too far on the side of "safety," or maybe it just isn't quite finished and working smoothly yet. Still, this may be a good thing and not a bad thing is all I'm saying.
Or it may mean the whole place is falling apart, lol... but I find that very unlikely. Just sayin'.

i've been unable to get a new coin address for the last few hours. says "Too many address requests. Try again in a few minutes".

Thanks for help guys, I'm still none the better still cant send btc, Ive been trying for days now and guess what now I cant receive them either I ordered 10 btc yest and my guy always sends within 2-4 hours still nothing. I'm guessing this wont be they end of this subject *sigh*

Same here ... Issues started around 4pm today ... tried different amounts, logging in and out .. holy water used in conjunction with black magic and some cat (generic kind) . All that to no avail.

I can't do it either, although I'm not a vendor. +1 DreamWeaver I was actually going to place an order from you for an eighth today but my bitcoins which I transferred last night haven't turned up in my account. Sorry to hear it's affecting your business also, you're awesome, I hope I still get to place that order soon!

No worries .. it just my delays my payday a bit but it has no real effect on my customer base . I bet it will get sorted out fairly quickly by SR staff as they had that problem before and it took like 12 hours.
Hope you get your BTC soon. I'm always happy to see returning customers.

I wouldn't be so sure its been days me trying to send btc and lots of these threads popping up all over a little part of me keeps thinking this is the beginning of the end of SR then I give myself a kung fu chop across the face and say stop being so silly young sky walker, why is it when ever money or drugs are involved paranoia levels increase to level 10 right now Im at 8.5.

Same here, either goes to a blank screen or says log in then back out. but I've seen this before so nothing to worry about, it always gets resolved.

They've disabled deposits and withdrawals until they can fix the problem.
