Has anyone received a customer satisfaction survey from the USPS?  In all my many years of living that has never happened to me.....until today.

Just ignore it.

Its probably just legit, and they want some feedback from their customers.

I'd probably find it a little unnerving as well, but I'm sure it's nothing.  If anybody suspected you of receiving contraband, one of the last things they'd want to do is tip their hand (provided they cared about the amounts you're getting).  Maybe anybody who receives 10+ packages in your area got one or something.  Who knows.  Nothing to worry about though.
