I keep having to re-write my shipping options and they are completely deleting from all my listings so nobody can order from me.
Anyone have this problem before?

Yeah, i just went thru that. Told Vendor Support. Finally, this is what worked. NO numbers, spaces, special characters, etc. Like this:
"USPSPriorityPlusDCN"

Jesus. Fucking. Christ. I get that you can't just put an ad out in the goddamn paper for a sys admin or something, but -- fuck man. That better not be what's wrong. I mean I fucking pray that's not something that somebody screwed up... dude, there's no reason to even be fucking touching that.

I hope I'm wrong but it just looks to me like someone changed the charset for that field/table/whatever without properly converting the data.

I'm sorry, it was irresponsible of me to make such a strong statement without qualifying it: if you're upgrading, or migrating, or improving, of course there's a million reasons you might be fucking with this. But not on the *live* site... and not unless you're doing improvements. Just want to be clear in my meaning.

Yeah, always, always test your code, debug it, then test some more. Rinse and repeat. Then, and only then, should it be rolled out.
But as I said, I hope I'm wrong and I probably am. I really don't think the admin's would touch the live site.

Try removing all spaces from the name. That might help.

Yeah it happened to our account as well.
We could reload the default settings though (with spaces, capital letters), but we can't put new options unless there's no space, number, symbols or capital letters...We told SR Vendor Support and they said they were working on this glitch.

I hope this helps to calm some that seem to feel abandoned by the real leaders of Silk Road that are in a constant state of repair, I believe at this moment there are two glitches in the listing one is with having to enter shipping areas every time you make a new listing...some reason the defaults arent working and second glitch i know of is that thew listings are gong up with out postage options which shouldnt happen.
If you find bugs or glitches on the marketplace please take it upon yourself to report them top SR Support via PM.
