Title: Oz meth quality
Post by: Manaroasback on November 25, 2012, 08:30 am
Just a heads up for meth buyers looking to locate a quality product.  Over the last 3 or 4 months I've sampled ice from virtually every Oz vendor who advertises regularly on SR. It has been (as you would expect) a bit hit and miss as despite the relatively good intentions of most vendors they too aren't likely to have much control over the natural variations in quality that can occur between batches. Of course their prices should reflect the relative quality of their product but there is more chance of me shagging the tooth fairy than that happening. On a much brighter note, during the last week i received some very good meth from Winta. It is the first and only batch of the 10 or so I've tried in last 3 months that has a vapor point temperature of approx 170 C or more. All other gear I've had seldom gets past 130-140 before vaporizing and that is after a thorough wash with dry acetone to remove cutting agents like MSM.  MSM  almost certainly drops the mp even lower, though the racemic meth component  possibly retains its true vapor point of approx 135. Anyhow a mp of 170 plus indicates that Winta's latest product is  predominately meth of the d isomer type and NOT the more common but less potent and less pleasurable racemic mix of dl-meth that most batches seem to be. Additionally, my dry acetone wash of Winta's latest batch didn't reveal any obvious cutting agents and only a very small percentage less than 5% dissolved in the acetone which is probably just a minor bye product of the reaction. Burn residue is almost non existent and the physical and psychological affects are very pleasing.
Fyi
Cheers

You lost me.  If the temperature at which meth vaporizes and turns to a gas is 135 degrees... how could it possibly be a good thing to have gear that doesn't vaporize until 170 degrees?  I'm not calling you a liar here, I'm just genuinely confused and have really pathetic chemistry knowledge.  What little of it I do have though, doesn't see how that's good.
