Well I tried to order something today, and yesterday night and every time I would check out it would return me to my account page and it would display next to the withdraw adress in red letters saying "Error. Please log out, log back in and try again." Does anyone know to fix this because I would really like to order my product. Thanks in advance!

first, try reloading your browser. If that doesn't work, restart your computer... That should do it.. If it continues, please tell us what you have done to try to correct it and we will forward it to the right person.

I`ve seen that happen, as the mod said turn off your device let it sit 10 seconds, then restart after everything loads. Start Tor, avoid pressing back or reloading when pages freeze or getta error imo.

"Error. Please log out, log back in and try again."
Every time I try to place an order I get redirected to home screen with this error.
I've tried:
Logging off then back in
Logging off restarting Tor than back in
Restarting Computer
Changing my pin
Please Help?

After all that erase item and update, then click on item to basket, choose shipping then press go. If it stills messes message that vendor if the items still in stock an try a private auction. If that doesn't work idk

im having the same problem error message keep popping up and saying log out and try loggin back in

I've been having the same problem for 2 days straight, must have logged in & out about 30 times, changed items/sellers & opened a new account, same error message.
Just realised that the only thing I HAVEN'T been doing was hitting the GO button after choosing postage instead of just going straight to 'pay now'.
So after doing that it finally worked, if that's all it took I feel like a retard - but hey, got my order in! See if it helps.

First of all hey to everyone, i am new one on here
Here is a list what i already try
1-Log in log out, over 10 times
2-Restart the computer
3-Restart the modem
4-Restart tor browser more than once
5-Ignored a message " get the f.ck out you are a loser"
Here is a problem what i have.
1-Most of the time when i hit go button, it is just refresh the page, nothing happens more.
2-Some times i get error message : log out / log in
3-This is happening at almost 2 days
4-Now i cant see product types at left corner too
i dont want to change my pin and my password or try to transfer my bitcoins to the another new account because i dont want to lose my bitcoins too...
I am really want to find a solution against this issue.
Have a nice Day/Night.
regards.

Any one?

Did you leave the address field blank or type just one line of text? I think it has something to do with the lack of a carriage return, because the only time I experienced it is when I was buying a digital item and wrote "no address" in the box. It gave me the error, I had to log out then back in, and then I wrote
no
address
on separate lines and it went through just fine.

I'm not trying to spread FUD here, but if this actually requires rebooting -- and rebooting fixes it, but restarting your browser does not -- then something is seriously wrong. You should either be able to access the site and place orders fine, have to restart the browser entirely to clear all session cookies and other "temporary storage" of context/state, or the entire site should be fucking up. Rebooting should NOT be clearing anything that restarting the browser does not.
I'm not saying Leo's infiltrated the site, mind you, just that there shouldn't be anything that requires a reboot (and if it does, it's a bug in the software -- which software is anybody's guess).
What is it that you believe rebooting is doing, Flush? Or is it a matter of nothing specific, just the "standard" fix suggestion?
