Title: Using a Boost modile ZTE I found at a bust stop

Is there any way I can use this phone? I found it at a bus stop and it worked for a bit but the owner has put the phone on hole or reported it lost. Is there any way I can make this functional?

Probably some way.  A way that's possible if you have to ask how?  No, seriously doubt it.  Get rid of it; sell it, toss it, whatever.  If it's on, they know where you are to within 2 feet or something.
