Does anyone know of any .onion banks that wont drain my accounts? Or is this too much to hope for?

I'm sorry, what are you asking for exactly?  I believe that to do business as a bank you require government licenses.  You can't get those if you allow fully anonymous customers and accounts, I would assume.  I mean otherwise what's all that talk about Cayman Islands accounts and shit all about?

That said... what do you want to deposit, exactly -- BTC, USD, or something else?  And if it's .onion only, how do you intend to deposit?

im looking to bank usd anonymous if that is possible?using fake id and fake ss i asume?

Yeah, the only way you're going to find that is if the bank either looks the other way, or your documentation is in order (which basically means you stole the guy's identity).  I don't see them doing that when their primary profits are from legal corporations and shady bullshit that probably shouldn't be legal but is anyway, ya know.

Avoiding judgments, I just don't think there even exists an actual bank that can serve your needs.  Loan shark, small business entity of some sort, sure -- but a legal bank?  I don't believe so.
