Quote from: diamondsintherough on July 27, 2013, 12:15 pmconsidering this is a totally legit transaction i will have no problem proving my identity and providing a receit.i may ask you to do the same or i may not it all depends if you throw up any red flags.ps im not new ive been here awhile i just cant remember my user id!!!This sounds really odd and sketchy, man. If you're worried about being held responsible for unscrupulous business dealings and what people do with the BTC you sell them, then you need to keep records for *all* of the transactions. Not just some of them. So why do you give a fuck about only the suspicious ones, and whether the customer is identified or not you'll still probably be subject to fines or criminal charges if they decide that's what they wanna do. You should really look into the current state of money sending with respect to Bitcoin and Bitcoin sellers. They're making it a real headache these days.So basically... wtf would you ever ask someone to ID themselves for? Personal comfort? If so, that's a lot to ask just for your personal comfort... also, what's with the 90 BTC per day? Seems pretty arbitrary, and federal limits are usually per month or per transaction, aren't they?
