Quote from: WikipediaIn mathematics, division by zero is division where the divisor (denominator) is zero. Such a division can be formally expressed as a/0 where a is the dividend (numerator). Whether this expression can be assigned a well-defined value depends upon the mathematical setting. In ordinary (real number) arithmetic, the expression has no meaning, as there is no number which, multiplied by 0, gives a (a0), and so division by zero is undefined.Quote from: Spartan7 on June 16, 2013, 10:48 pmQuote from: InfiniteSource on June 16, 2013, 10:31 pmQuote from: Spartan7 on June 16, 2013, 10:30 pmYou stripped him of a name and reduced it to not even represent a number - Not equal to anything not even itself. Lol, that is deep thoughtsNot really. You don't know what your talking about and you just end up looking like a retard. Learn to math, noob.I've wondered is math science?Well, depends on who you ask. To some, it's the purest form of science. To others, it's the one tool that's common among all disciplines of science.I'll say this though: there are Nobel prizes for Physics, Chemistry, Physiology and Medicine, etc., etc.. However, there is no Nobel prize for Mathematics. Mathematicians are also very poorly paid. I've met mathematicians who more or less literally lied and claimed to be theoretical computer scientists because the pay was better and the work was almost the same. Yes, that's actually true. I find it very amusing :DP.S. - Honestly I was just being silly, I wasn't trying to reduce him to not even a value. I get that way when I don't take my medication ::)
