Sometimes getting out of bed and walking down the hallway had me leaning against the wall in exhaustion and panting like I'd just sprinted a quarter mile. Almost completely disappeared every time I dosed though... more meth I took, the less short of breath I became. You may be underestimating the potency of meth. To me it's pretty close to what strong painkillers do - masks the pain thus tricking you into thinking you are fine.In reality of course it's not only making it harder for your body to heal because it now has to process the drug in addition to your injury but it will probably make your injury worse because the pain is no longer there. It's possible your shortness of breath is being masked when you dose.... i do a lot of mountain biking and train using intervals. they're very high intensity efforts meant to be held for 10-20 mins. the pain is agonizing. when i tried them on meth i was able to go an entire hour at that pace and felt nothing in the way of pain of fatigue. That scared the fuck out of me,Take care and hope everything turns out ok. I enjoy reading your candid and raw posts about your experiences with meth as a long time user. Thanks for saying so; I'm glad somebody other than me gets enjoyment out of my silly ramblings :PI actually cut myself off during that post, or I would have said exactly what you just did -- that it was probably the meth masking the symptoms. I mean unless it was the severest form of withdrawal I've ever even heard of, that's really the only possibility. I haven't been troubled by it for almost a month now though, and I've even gone back to strength training without even really noticing it. That's part of why I think I'm fine :)
