When I first started lurking like 8 months ago, there was talk of a bug that randomly corrupted PINs and passwords. I never really heard anything about it again after the first few weeks, but who knows, maybe it still happens. Or the captcha keeps timing out or something. Try manually refreshing the page. You know, just incase somebody did something dumb like set the etag so it's caching the image -- that sort of retarded stuff.Beyond that... contact support, stop pestering the mods! ;)
