That's a Bitcoin issue, and it's due to the transaction fee paid being insufficient (or less than desired), so the miners ignore the transaction and treat it like it doesn't exist. So it gets broadcasted occasionally over and over until some miner who doesn't mind processing it says "sure," and does it even though the fee is either 0 or lower than a certain threshold.SR needs to increase the fee it pays if it wants transactions to go through reliably and within a few hours of initial broadcast, otherwise as transactions on the Bitcoin network continue to grow, these problems will become more and more common.
