I don't know the details, personally, but I think it depends on whether the item was hedged or not (it's a vendor thing). Basically in some circumstances SR keeps their hedging fee whether the order is fulfilled or canceled or resolved or whatever else. It may not be the hedging fee they keep, it may be some other fee... frankly I'm not sure, but there's some damn percentage they keep sometimes depending on the listing.
