Frankly I don't think it's true information (I mean I believe his friend says this stuff, but I strongly believe his friend is wrong or is lying willfully).I don't know what a "radio encryption tech," does, but honestly, that puts him in no position to know anything about the mathematics of cryptography. I mean the guy at Best Buy who fixes computers can fix computers, but he still has no fucking clue how to write an operating system -- he can still kind of "fix it," though.
