That's what I was getting at -- either by some odd chance all the transactions on my account history have no 7s and it really is fair (seems unlikely, since the chances of what I'm seeing are only 2%)... or it's incredibly unfair for precisely the reason you're saying so. I was just playing with the numbers out of curiosity :)
