When i click on the vender it brings me to a msg TheCompany window.That's what happens when you try to view the page of any user that doesn't exist (or a buyer -- as in someone that hasn't paid to convert to a vendor account). The account no longer exists, it appears. It got deleted, they didn't just pull their listings or go into vacation mode. Also, you can't finalize until a vendor marks an item as "in transit," so that's probably why he/she/they did so. I wouldn't hold your breath :(
