The hops on the way to the server are encrypted, but at the other end, once the data emerges from the Tor network and reaches the application layer, it's not encrypted. So what does it have to do with database transaction encryption/decryption? Isn't the entire point to purging things like buyer addresses from the system, that the database doesn't have to be encrypted -- because it contains very little data that would be dangerous to have seized?
