Title: Here's a suggestion for all the people who want their threads stickied -- a FAQ.

Someone create an all-in-one thread with links to each post, and a short preview. Sticky that, so you don't have a thousand posts trying to help newbies on new scams and whatnot saying "plz sticky this."

Just makes sense, and that way mods or whomever started the thread can update the OP to reflect new helpful posts by other forum members.

I know. I meant for the Newbie section to avoid scams and whatnot, since I see many posts daily saying "sticky this please". Quite a few of the threads get many, many replies as well (for example, the guy who works in the postal office).
