I initiated a transaction about 0.99 BTC to SR Friday at June 7, 2013, afternoon and it was still showing up in my SR at account after 20 Minutes. But after around 4 hours the 0.99 BTC were gone! There is a withdrawal in my account with no BTC Adress and the Balance is now 0.00??? Where is my Coin? Any Ideas and help? Please reply in simple words because of my bad English!

I'm guessing you must have logged in via a phishing site at some point. Please make sure that you are accessing SR from the correct url:

If you still have access to your account, change the password and PIN asap.

WTF? NO phishing adress! The SR Adress is bookmarked and I click only this Bookmark! So that means the Coin is stolen?

If it wasn't a phishing address, then it sounds as though someone has your password and PIN ... that's the only way they'd be able to transfer bitcoins out of your account.

I think just about everyone that I have seen that has been phished or had their computer infected has denied being phished or having their computer infected. ::)

Yeah, and then there are always those who think the PIN has to be 4 numbers ... it needs to be alphanumeric and strong, just like the password should be.

You cannot get support from the forums regarding this issue, you need to submit a customer support ticket on the market site and have an admin look into things for you there.
If however your coins were as you say withdrawn by someone other than yourself then your account has been compromised be that phished, malware keylogger or someone else knows your details as the ONLY way a withdrawal can be made is in conjunction with your PIN.

OK. Thanks all. I remeber a phising Site with a PIN requering Site. That Site, i remember, was a Link from some kind of WIKI. That was the first Time using SR and i was confused about all the information about TOR, onion and so one.... I understand that correctly? The Phishers go from account to account and Look for credit in accounts?
So now i change my Pass and my PIN of course. Anything else to do for precaution?

Yes, the Hidden Wiki link is to a phishing site, which is what I was saying earlier.
Yes, change your password and PIN, and make sure that both are strong. Silk Road will never ask for your PIN at login.
Also make sure you only access it from the correct url:

If the user was at the original login page, then they wouldn't need a warning about phishing sites. Plus, there are already several warnings in the forum and in the wiki against providing your PIN at login.
