Title: [SOLVED] Having alot of trouble getting BTC out of BitFog, please advice

I made two deposits within the last two days for a total of almost 3 BTC. I used BitInstant and BlueSky so I know the transactions were valid and have been recorded by the blockchain. I've checked the blockchains and all the transactions have been confirmed. Even the bitfog website shows the addresses having coins, yet my bitfog account shows 0.0000000, and I cant get my coins out at all. Tried contacting their support multiple, haven't gotten an answer back. What can I do about this?

They won't show up in your Bitcoin Fog wallet until there have been 6 blockchain confirmations.
