Please someonje help
i have contacted SR support but with nothing back yet
I havent been asked to add pin on sign in or anything just keeps sending me
back to log in failed!

First, make sure you are at the correct url: silkroadvb5piz3r.onion
Then, if it's not working, create a new account and send a message to SR Support from the new account. Let them know the btc address and amount of your last btc transfer to that account, and anything else that can help prove that the account in question is yours.
They'll get back to you and reset the password.
