Title: Cannot reply on Certain Threads

Can someone tell me why I cannot post replies on some topics?  The option is not there.  Must you have a certain number of posts to reply to some threads?  Thanks for reading.

Yes, you need 50 posts in the Newbie subforum before you can post elsewhere.  :)
