I always thought when a vendor was banned, the selling privileges were simply taken away, and the account could still be used to buy, and send messages. I can't even log into my account to cancel orders.

If an account could still be used to buy, that would mean you could still access your funds .... funds which are frozen when your vendor privileges are revoked. And you should definitely not want to use your ex-vendor account to buy. This would be incredibly stupid and dangerous.

No I dont wish to buy anything. I simply want to cancel several orders as others need not wait for the resolution process.
I can't even log into the account, is this normal with banned accounts? Also I should have funds from several orders which would have been finilzed by now. Who gets those funds? Am I even allowed a review process?
