I was transferring from my blockchain wallet to SR over 21 hours ago, and It still hasn't posted.
I selected ok when it asked me to pay the recommended transaction fee.
I got the status email from my wallet saying it was sent.
But It just shows up in the block chain as "Unconfirmed Transaction".
the addresses it shows it sent to and from are correct in the block chain.
the SR address i sent to was a new one that i had freshly generated , but everything was normal, and i'd say it was a good 30 minutes or more after creating the new address before i deposited to it.
any help would be appreciated

It could have been that, for whatever reason, it didn't include a transaction fee ... in which case it can take forever for the transaction to confirm on the network.
The fact that it shows as unconfirmed means that it is not an issue on SR's end, but rather on the end of whatever wallet you are sending from. If you want me to double check on it for you, you can PM me the BTC address you sent them to so I can just check it out on blockchain.info for you.

I'm having a similar issue here, and decided to post in this thread instead of opening a new one. I initiated a first deposit via BitInstant, to Coinbase Wallet, then to SR wallet using the address provided in account "Make first deposit". Coinbase shows my coins received successfully and sent to my SR wallet Successfully, however, over 30 hours later, still no deposit showing on SR. My transaction info shows

Ok well , mine finally went through ! It took about 33 hours total I think. For me it appears it was just lag on the bitcoin network . One of my theories is possibly that because some of the deposits on my blockchain wallet were a bunch of tiny ones from different websites, that it may have taken longer to conifrm my total sum being sent to SR? hehe I'm pretty new to how coin works , so that's just a theory. I also noticed 1 tiny deposit was also unconfirmed , so that means , out of the total amount i sent to sr , like one micro coin of it was unconfirmed still after i withdrew it all. It looks now like, it and what i sent to SR got confirmed at the same time .

From the way things were explained to me by scout , it sounds like your issue is also not on SR's end.
or at least , if the status on blockchain.info is unconfirmed like mine was.
I would check your transaction on blockchain.info . just go there and put either of your bitcoin addresses in the search box . or the transaction hash if you have it . That will at least tell you the status of it on the bitcoin network, and you can see if you selected to pay the fees or not .
(it just says fees --- then the amount if any) . if you didn't pay a fee i guess it can take forever to process . I still don't understand what happens if like , no bitcoin mines choose to process your transaction .. if it just cancels out after a long time . and puts the amount back in your wallet or what.

I may not be able to give you a firm answer, but I can definitely check it out for you on blockchain and see if I notice anything strange.

Same thing happened to me on Thursday, Blockchain posted about some forwarding issue on twitter. Took over 24 hours, it will get there eventually or be returned if not.

Thanks for the feedback all, but unfortunately, I'd have been lucky to experience lag with BTC exchanges/wallets. I've been phished. Please note I am a new user. The link I found in a directory allowed me to register a working account on the legit site (which I now know), as well as a forum account, which I'm using now. As a newcomer I was not aware of such convincing mirrors and was mind blown when I realized the account registered at the mirror really worked on the real site . The link found was not marked as scam, etc, as other links had been. However, I am flagging it in the directory used, so others may not fall victim to the same crook. Lesson learned. I now know where to go, and the order of processes involved. After some financial recovery, my adventures may continue in a more positive direction. Cheers.
