How much would you pay for 4.5 million accounts..?

Usernames, email addresses, passwords, sometimes there are telephone numbers, home addresses

I have a database with 4.5 million hacked accounts.

How much would you be willing to pay for it..?

I'm not sure, but wouldn't this technically fall under "stolen goods"? Something to consider since that's not allowed on SR.
