I was looking at a new vendor based off the recommendation from someone on the forum. I sent a PM today asking about shipping. I was waiting on my bitcoins to order, but I had added the item to my shopping cart. I checked and my bitcoins are in, but when I went to my shopping cart the item was gone. Then when I searched for the item it was no longer on the site. She actually had 3 postings, all 3 are gone and there is no search results for her tag name either. What the hech? I can just use one of the other two suggested, but wondering how/why this happens?

Did you become a fan of that vendor?If not he's probably just in "stealth mode" means only fans can see him/her!or he/she is in vacation mode (if he/she wasn't online for three days) ;)

No, I didn't. Her profile didn't say anything about being gone. I was just wondering if sometimes contacting a vendor before you purchase could freak them out or something and cause them to go stealth. I knew they could do something like that, but I forgot about it because I'm still a little new to the site. I'm sure that's what it was then. Probably never know why : )

It would help if you mentioned the vendor so we could tell you whether or not they disappeared (ie were banned).
