Title: bitinstant to blockchain - where's my coins?:o
Post by: CCCmints on May 16, 2013, 04:59 pm
i use bitinstant to purchase bitcoins and have them deposited in my blockchain wallet. i've done this so far 3 times successfully. usually when i make my payment at walmart or cvs or whatever i come home to see activity in my wallet; whether the coins have been confirmed or not i always see something.

now i don't see anything and it has been approximately 2 hours since paying for the money gram..are delays like this common and i've just been lucky the past 3 times?

i took screenshots of my bitinstant transaction just incase something like this happened. when should i worry about my coins if at all? i'm probably just being impatient.

thanks in advance for all help~

Get in touch with bitinstant support.  They're the only ones who can help you, but you should have already received it, I would think.

I experienced that yesterday, it took 12 hours to show up yesterday.  I think bitinstant's back end process was down yesterday.  It normally shows up in less than 2 hours, but yesterday way more time.  Call or email a support issue to bitinstant in case something is really wrong.  If it shows up, then respond to your ticket that it's been resolved so you don't plug up their queque
