Hey guys,
      I placed an order with CaliMeds late afternoon and saw it was marked in transit last night.  CaliMeds sent a message which I deleted by accident.  I asked him to resend and I got the message this AM.  It gave me a choice of strains and said the order would be sent once I finalize.  The problem is that I chose priority shipping in escrow.  I ordered a QP and my buyer stats are flawless.  I hope it's an oversight, if not, this is a major red flag.  I will update when I get a response.

I have a similar ongoing situation with CaliMeds, and I am wondering what's up as well. Communication started off excellent, and after talking a bit I placed my order(s) as well. Despite talking about it being in escrow and my pristine buyer stats, I was still asked to release funds, to which I replied I would only do if promised an upgrade to Express shipping and a tracking number. They agreed, and I was told I would have the tracking number OVER 24 HOURS ago. Communication has since ceased, and the vendor has not read any of the recent messages I have sent them. I would like the communication I got from the beginning to resume so that we can build a business relationship, however lack of response has gotten me a bit worried.

I FE'd on my own for an oz. Should have had the tracking number yesterday. 13 hour old message I sent to them hasn't been read. I see on their homepage their a little overwhelmed, and I'm hoping this is the reason their communication has stopped, but it's not looking great right now..

Placed an order for a Cheeba Chew with Priority shipping option with the message:

"I will agree to this order when you reply to my other messages."

No response or orders updated since. If orders do update, I am being ignored and he is a scammer. There is NO reason for him to drop communication like he has, unless he is a scammer. I do not believe he is overwhelmed, I merely think I am being ignored.

I have updated my feedback to reflect my thoughts, and I am willing to change this is he is legit:

In any event I would advise people to NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH CALIMEDS though I probably saved you since he won't put any orders in transit until he gets my message, and if he does then it is clear he is a scammer. BE WARNED!

i just ordered from him. i have my doubts, so i will be using the escrow system for the reason it was put there in the first place. i'll never understand why people drops thousands and then just give it away on blind faith to someone you dont even know.

The problem is that he will not let you order in escrow. If he does let us know. 100% Scammer. I've already counted it as a loss.

Same shit is happening with me... (Goes from 1st message down in chronological order.) Said he shipped it Monday and no package yet.

I got the same message and my order was under $1000.  He is basically trying to force FE on customers and the rest of us have our money tied up in escrow.  SR staff needs to address this.  I hope a mod is looking into it.

Below is my experience so far with this vendor,  I have not had any major reasons for concerns yet (other than the many many FE feedback's,  but most of those appear to be for smaller orders) but should know more by the end of the week.

I will start by saying that I refuse to ever FE for any vendors,  I did FE for my first two orders on the road (both through very reputable vendors) to prove myself as a buyer, but since then I feel that my flawless stats prove my legitimacy.  While I refuse to FE,  I do not necessarily feel like requiring FE on large orders is a definite sign of a scam,  I understand that it can be very difficult to keep product and funds flowing smoothly when you have 10,000+ dollars of BTC tied up constantly in escrow,  not to mention that converting BTC to cash is not always the easiest and quickest process.

On Monday night I messaged this vendor that I was interested in picking up a lb of the indoor and also a qp of the outdoor and wanted to see if he would allow me to stay in escrow considering my buyer stats are flawless on a large number of transactions.  Vendor was quick to reply and let me know that they require FE for orders over $1500 (stated on their profile,  I just overlooked it before messaging) at the momnent,  but to check back later as they may be able to work with me for large amounts in escrow at some undetermined point in the future. 

I decided to place an order for a  HP of the indoor since it came in at just below the threshold to require FE,  hoping to test the vendors products but also to see if they would require FE from me after saying that orders under $1500 could stay in escrow.  The order was marked in transit promptly  and I did not received a message at all from the vendor afterward so I am assuming they are allowing my order to stay in escrow since it is a full day later.  If the order was shipped when marked in transit it should arrive by this weekend,    I will update here when/if it touches down.   

Top shelf bulk cannabis (HP+) has become pretty difficult to find on a regular basis on the road at a decent price,  my hopes are about as high as I will ever let them get that this vendor is legit, but for now only time will tell.

Yup. Total bullshitter and will not allow you to order in escrow. Avoid at all costs!! Mail passed today with one order, NOT FROM CALIMEDS. Was told it was shipped Monday, with Express and tracking. No tracking, no package. Done.

Fuck you. I am by far not a Road newbie. This was a very well facilitated scam, and I never once came bitching about losing the money. If I took a hit for the well being of our community, so be it. Lesson learned.

Yea, I messaged him prior as well and said he'd have no problem with it. Now I'm just getting annoyed if hes trying to force me to FE when I clearly am passed the buying statistics and under the $1,500. He also marked mine in-transit on Monday, not sure if this was to make me FE/Have funds tied up, or if he actually shipped.

I have read through the other posts and understand that is what the vendor has done with other buyers,  but it does not look like that is what they are doing with my order.  My order has been marked in transit for 24 hours now without a message asking for FE.  I am not saying I will not receive an FE request,  just that I would have thought it would have already been requested if they were going to.

I was very clear in my messages before ordering that I would not FE for any reason,  so it may be possible that the vendor did not want to request FE from me knowing that I would refuse the FE and then post about it in the forums.  They may have just marked my order in transit so that I would think it was shipped out as it should be and to give them a few days before I start complaining about it missing on the forums,  but it is also possible that it was shipped when it should have been and that I will receive it toward the end of the week. 

As I said in my last post,  at this point only time will tell.  I hope for the best,  but having been around these forums for awhile I know better than to expect it.

well if he doesn't send it then he won't send it and he can cancel or i will. otherwise my money will just sit in escrow until SR bans him and the funds are released.

as a reminder to everyone just don't FE, i really don't get what is so hard about the concept. theres literally no way to tell who it is on the other side. if you get beat for your money no one is going to be held accountable for it except you. escrow and drug dealing is absolutely beautiful together and you guys just piss on it. every month some new scammer comes in and im sure a good 20-30 people get scammed every time. the only gamble im willing to take on this site is tying up my funds in escrow for a few days, thats it.

I just let staff know about this situation ... they'll look into it and if there's enough proof that the vendor has scammed people, they'll be banned.  If he hasn't actually scammed anyone yet, then staff will just keep a close eye on it.

Most of the newer feedback are on single brownie purchases with free shipping, because who's going to pay double the price of the brownie in shipping, right?

Anyway, my feedback was changed to 1/5's to try to get the vendor to contact me, and they haven't even tried to cover it up. I know there's a way for a vendor to hide feedback some kind of way, I've heard of it utilized before to hide bad feedback. Point being, if they weren't a scammer, don't you think something like this would have been addressed:

If a vendor deletes or puts a listing into stealth the feedback will no longer show up,  but it should still be factored into their overall score.

I would assume as soon as SR Staff can get around to it. I would message them with the transaction number to help the process along. I'm still waiting to either cancel this Cheeba Chew order or get a refund via staff.

Once the "resolve" option becomes available (4 days or so) click on that, and then request a 100% refund.

Here's the response I received from SR Staff:

They haven't been banned, we just closed down the account while we work out some issues with the vendor.

I followed up with, if the vendor marked it in transit and admitted to not sending it until I FE, why can't SR Staff cancel the order.  I'm waiting for the reply.
