I had a pill once that was a red heart. It wasn't just a pill shape with a heart pressed into it it was actually in the shape of a heart. I've been through all of the xtc listings on SR and only found 2 people selling them in 'special pill' auctions where they sell 6 or so rare pills for a huge price.
A heart pill would be great to give to a loved one as a gift! I think there'd be a market! I suppose a heart pressed in would be a good alternative but not as good. I'd only buy if the price was low but I'd pay a decent amount for a few proper heart pills!
