I played an inexpensive lottery to get the hang of placing an order and to see what the process was all about. I ended up losing the lottery based on the rules so now I would like to finalize and leave feedback however I'm not sure how. My order is currently "processing" so it seems like I can't really do anything in this state is that correct? At what point can I finalize and leave feedback?

That is correct - you will be able to leave feedback once the "order" has been marked in transit. Hopefully the vendor will mark it in transit so you'll be able to finalize and leave feedback!

when the order is in processing, you cant finalize.
the vendor must give it in transit, then you can finalize.
but after 4 days, if the vendor doesnt it you can cancel the order and you have your money back
